Do you sell old furniture/items? Are these products second hand?
Yes, our products are old items with antique/vintage value. All items are at least 50+ years old, unless otherwise is indicated in the product posts on Instagram. We carefully select these precious pieces, which have spent many years with their previous owners, and entrust them to the skilled hands of our craftsmen for maintenance and restoration.
All of the items sold on our page are single units, unless otherwise is indicated in the post.
Where is your store located? Can we visit and see your products?
Our store is located in Kurşunlu Han in Karaköy/İstanbul. (Historic Rüstem Paşa Hanı)
Does the product have any flaws?
Proper care and handling of the products are crucial; however, since the items are not brand new, perfection should not be expected. Although maximum care is taken during restoration, it's important to acknowledge that antique items may have certain cosmetic flaws. During the restoration process, we strive to minimize any flaws that could affect the effective use of the product.
In short, as we bring our products to you, we aim to preserve their originality, repair any details that may cause issues during use, perform maintenance and polishing, and cherish the old as it is. :)
What are the shipping options?
We deliver the products from our store in Karaköy. If you don't have a shipping provider, we can connect you with the companies we work with. For out-of-town deliveries, we don't determine the schedule.
Do you rent out your products?
Yes, we rent out our products with the condition that the products are not damaged in any way. We would like to point out that we do not cover shipments for the products that are rented, and hold you responsible if the product is damaged.
Can I make a price offer? How much discount can you make?
Pricing of our products are determined according to the age, material of the product, how much restoration is made on it and other expenses. We do not take and evaluate offers during our discussions with you. You may consider our prices to be final.
Can I make a return?
Ensuring that you are comfortable with the product you intend to purchase is crucial to us We would like to believe that the items we sell find their forever homes. With that in mind, we do not accept returns, hoping that you are willing to commit to your final purchase.
If you have any questions about the product, please don't hesitate to ask. We aim to address all your concerns about the product upfront to guarantee your satisfaction after purchase. Do the items come with a warranty?
Every antique item carries the traces of the past and tells its own story. In order to preserve this uniqueness, our items do not come with a specific warranty period. The authenticity and character of antiques evolve over time.
When purchasing our items, please understand and appreciate the special nature of antiques. By maintaining regular care for your antique collection and adhering to proper usage conditions, you can enjoy these unique pieces for many years to come.
I have old and antique pieces, would you be interested in buying them from me?
We only offer for sale items that we have personally curated.
Can you make a restoration of the old furniture I have at home?
We do not offer maintenance and repair services. We only restore items that we have personally curated.
