Are the products old? Are they second-hand?
Yes, our products are old items of antique/vintage value. Each product (unless stated otherwise in its description) is over 50 years old. We carefully select these valuable pieces that have spent many years with their previous owners and entrust them to the skilled hands of our craftsmen for maintenance, repair, and restoration.
Each of our products is offered for sale as a single piece, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
Our products are not manufactured, and we do not work on a made-to-order basis.
Where is your store? Can we come and see?
Our store is located in Kurşunlu Han in Karaköy. (Historical Rüstem Paşa Han)
Visits are only possible by reservation. Our visiting hours are between 14:00 – 18:00, and we can only accommodate one group of guests at a time.
Does the product have any issues?
Proper care and careful handling of our products is very important to us. However, as all our products are old and used, each is unique and original with its own history. Although we take great care during restoration, it’s important to remember that antique products may have details that reflect traces of the past. These traces are valuable features that reflect the story and character of the products.
During the restoration process, we take care to minimize all elements that could affect the effective use of the products.
In short, when bringing our products to you, we take care to preserve their originality, repair details that could cause problems in use, and perform necessary maintenance and polishing. We love each piece as it is, with all its history.

How do you handle shipping?
We deliver products from our store in Karaköy. If you don’t have a shipping company, we can put you in touch with the firms we work with. We don’t determine the schedule for deliveries within the city or out of town.
Do you rent out your products?
Yes, you can rent our products on the condition of careful use. In rental transactions, the shipping of the product is your responsibility, and you are responsible if the product is damaged during shipping or use.
Can I make an offer? What's the final price?
The pricing of products is determined based on the product’s age, material, craftsmanship, value, and other expenses. We don’t work on an offer basis in our contacts with you. You can consider our prices as final.
Is a return possible?
It’s very important to us that you feel completely satisfied with the product you want to buy. We want to believe that the products we bring to you have found their final homes. Therefore, aesthetic concerns are not a reason for return, and we do not accept returns, hoping that you purchase products you are sure about.
If you have any questions about the product, please don’t hesitate to ask. To ensure your satisfaction after purchase, we want to address all your questions about the product from the start. If you need additional visuals of the product, we can share them at the first opportunity.

Do the products have a warranty?
The antique and vintage items in our collection are used items that carry traces of the past. Therefore, the products are not covered by warranty and do not have a specific warranty period.
It’s important to us that you understand the special nature of antique items and choose them with this awareness. By regularly maintaining your collection and paying attention to proper usage conditions, you can enjoy these unique pieces for many years.
I have antique items, would you be interested?
We only offer for sale pieces that we’ve collected for our own collection.
Can you refurbish my old products?
We do not offer maintenance and repair services. We only restore our own collection.
